  This is a beautiful church. The church just celebrated its 135th anniversary in 2014. The building now standing is only about 110 years old, the first being destroyed by a fire. Services here are like stepping back to a time when families and friends in the body of Christ gathered in reverence and respect for their creator.The light from the morning sun as it cascades through the stained glass windows showers warm colors over well-worn pews. The church itself is small in size but its ingenious designers used arches and architecture reminiscent of that found in cathedrals. It draws your eye to the central figure of Christ with angels to either side as if they are in attendance to Him. After mass, many parishioners gather outside to talk and visit before returning home.
